Henning Solutions provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from members of www.kidobi.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through this Site. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes.



  1. Information Collection and Use
    Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, services, features and content. When you register with us through the Site we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Accounts are held by adults, and not their children. When an adult registers we collect information about your child, which you choose to provide, within the context of your Account. The information about your child is used in playlist and content generation. The information we collect is:
    • a nick name
    • date of birth
    • gender
    • interests
    Information about your child is used in playlist generation and is necessary to match them with appropriate content
    • We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your profile page (e.g., without limitation, zip/postal code and individual preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information").
    • Certain data is collected and analyzed while you or your child is using the Henning Solutions Browser. This data is used to provide and improve the Service and includes, but is not limited to, URLs visited, time of visit, skip, replay, thumbs up and thumbs down rating, and errors encountered.
    • We also use your Personal Information to contact you with marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or update your "member preferences" information.
    Third party tools. This site uses third party tools to perform some functions. Google Analytics, Paypal, Verisign Authentication Services, WikiMedia Foundation, and WordPress.org.

    Google Analytics (For more info Google Analytics) Visitors to this website who have javascript enabled are tracked using Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects the following types of information from users:
    • Type of user agent (web browser) used, software manufacture and version number.
    • Type of operating system
    • Screen colors (color processing ability of the users screen)

    • Screen resolution

    This data is primarily used to optimize our website for our visitors, however we will use this data for marketing purposes. An example of how this data could be used for marketing purposes would be to tell potential advertisers how many visitors we get to the website, where our visitors come from, and how they arrive at our website.

    Paypal (For more info Paypal) We use paypal for our payment transactions. We do not keep any of your financial data. During our checkout process you will be sent to the paypal site to pay for items.


    Verisign Authentication Service (For more info Verisign Authentication Service) Under no circumstances do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life. This information does not identify you personally, but rather identifies information about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, the user's IP address, which pages people visit, from which domains our visitors come and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit for aggregation purposes only. These statistics are used to help us improve the performance of our Website.

    WikiMedia Foundation (For more info WikiMedia Foundation) This policy covers personally identifiable information collected or stored by the Foundation on its servers in relation to the Projects and their communities. Consistent with its Data Retention Policy, the Foundation collects and retains the least amount of personally identifiable information needed to fulfill the Projects' operational needs.

    Wordpress.org (For more info WordPress.org) Certain visitors to WordPress.org's websites choose to interact with WordPress.org in ways that require WordPress.org to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that WordPress.org gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who use our forums to provide a username and email address.     Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information. We may share aggregated information and non-identifying data collected through the Henning Solutions Browser and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

    Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Site’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and Service are used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may also provide Personal Information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purpose of providing you with information on goods or services we believe will be of interest to you.     Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Henning Solutions cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law.

    Business Transfers. Henning Solutions may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
  5. Changing or Deleting Your Information
    All Henning Solutions Parents may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by accessing their Account management page. If you completely delete all such information, then your Account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record.     Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

    Our Site, Service and the Application contain links to, and may allow you to visit, other websites ("Third Party Sites").   8. Our Policy Toward Children
    Henning Solutions Accounts are held by parents, as such, this Site is not directed to members under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@kidobi.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
