  1. How much content do I need to submit to get started?

    How much content you put on Kidobi is completely up to you. There’s no minimum, so you can become a Kidobi Content Partner with a single segment or an entire season!

  2. Is it exclusive?

    No. Our Distribution Agreement provides our partners with the utmost flexibility. As a Content Partner you decide what content to post and choose the term that suits you.

  3. How do I submit my content?

    Becoming a Kidobi Content Partner is easy. Simply click the ‘Become a Partner!’ button on the home page, choose a username and password, and you’re done! Then you can add your content anytime by logging in and clicking upload media. If you have any questions or difficulty you can contact us and we’ll help you register your account.

  4. My content is already on YouTube, can I still submit it to Kidobi?

    Yes. Just make sure that your YouTube videos have embedding enabled and free of overlay advertising.

  5. My content is for older children, but preschoolers might enjoy it, too. Can I still submit it?

    Yes, however, because our service is intended for very young children, we reserve the right to refuse content that is not appropriate for a child audience.

  6. What format should my content be in?

    Your content is automatically converted in order to optimize delivery. Accepted file types are flv, mov, mp4, mpg, avi, wmv (other types may also be supported). For any technical issue please contact us for detailed information.

  7. Who is allowed to see my content?

    You decide whether to make your content available to all users (free) or only to paying subscribers (paid). Add your content to a subscription package to make it available only to paying subscribers.

  8. Can I provide my own description, credits, and thumbnail for my media segments?

    Yes! To add or edit the details of your media simply login to www.kidobi.com and select My Media from the side navigation menu. Once you find the media segment that you want to edit, click the Media Details button, then click edit. You can change the Title, Author, Description, and Keywords.

  9. What are Kidobi Ratings?

    Kidobi Ratings are essentially tags that we use to help us deliver the right content to each viewer. The Kidobi Ratings system allows parents to set the parameters for their child’s programming.

  10. How are Content Partners compensated?

    Content Partners with content in a subscription package will be eligible for a share of the revenues from that package. For more details please see our Distribution Agreement or contact us for more information.

  11. Someone has added my content without permission. How do I report a copyright violation?

    Contact us immediately to report a copyright violation. Please include the title of the segment, the url where you found the clip, and the date you discovered it.

  12. Some of the comments posted about my content are inappropriate, what can I do?

    If you discover comments that contain profanity, hate speech, spam, advertising, or other inappropriate material please report it by clicking the ‘flag as inappropriate’ link that appears with the comment.
